Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Introduction & Scope

Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited ("Sarvani", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how it's used and protected, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to visitors of sarvanisoftwaresolutions.com and to anyone who submits a form on this site. It does not govern data handled under a separate signed client engagement, which is covered by that engagement's own agreement.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact form, consultation request or similar enquiry, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name and message content.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and hosting infrastructure automatically log standard technical data with each visit — such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page — for security, troubleshooting and basic traffic visibility. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiry or consultation request
  • To provide, operate, secure and improve this website and our services
  • To send service-related communications regarding an active or requested engagement
  • To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you voluntarily submit a form), to take steps you request before entering into an engagement, and where we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing this website. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) or another applicable data protection law applies, you may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 9.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

This site uses a small, strictly necessary session cookie to protect form submissions against cross-site request forgery — it contains no tracking or advertising data and expires when your browser session ends. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

A small number of external services help run this website, and loading them may share limited technical data (such as your IP address) with those providers under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Fonts — used to display the site's typefaces
  • Google Translate — used only if you choose to translate this site into another language

We do not share the contents of your form submissions with these or any other third party except where necessary to operate our email and hosting infrastructure, or where required by law.

7. Data Storage, Security & Retention

Form submissions are stored on secured infrastructure with access limited to authorized personnel, and are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, pursue a resulting engagement, or meet legal and accounting obligations — after which they are deleted or anonymized. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved.

8. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We disclose personal information only: to the service providers listed in Section 6 as needed to operate this site; to professional advisors or authorities where required by law, regulation or valid legal process; or with your consent. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, update, delete or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw any consent you've previously given. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12 — we'll respond within a reasonable time.

10. Grievance Redressal

If you have a concern about how your personal data has been handled, please raise it with us first at hello@sarvanisoftwaresolutions.co.in. We will acknowledge and work to resolve grievances promptly and in accordance with applicable Indian data protection law.

11. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18; if you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

12. International Visitors

Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited is based in India, and information collected through this site is primarily processed and stored in India. If you access this site from outside India, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in India, in accordance with this policy.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
