1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited website (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Fees And Payments

  1. Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited will email Customer with and invoice and time logs detailing hours and work done by each Resource. Any corrections to hours worked must be received in writing within three days and any adjustments will be reflected in the following invoice.
  2. Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited may change terms of Resource Assignment, including rates, with 60 days written notice to Customer.
  3. Idle time of the resource(s) must be paid by the client. Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited will not responsible for any idle time in case client has not task to be allocated to the resource(s)
  4. Idle time of the resource(s) must be paid by the client. Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited will not responsible for any idle time in case client has not task to be allocated to the resource(s)

Term And Termination

  1. Customer may terminate this Agreement at any time provided all Resource assignments have been terminated and any outstanding account balance has been paid in full.
  2. Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited may terminate this Agreement or any part of the Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited at any time in the event Customer defaults on any obligation hereunder, including non-payment of fees, and does not remedy such default within ten (7) days of notice thereof orUpon thirty (30) days written notice if Indus Net Technologies terminates or significantly alters its product or service offering.
  3. Effect of Termination. Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited will cease charging Customer for any new Service Fees after termination of this Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing by Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited, Customer will not receive any refund for payments already made by Customer. If termination of this Agreement is due to Customer default hereunder, Customer shall bear all costs of such termination, including any reasonable collection costs or costs that Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited incurs in closing Customer account. Upon termination, Customer shall destroy any copy of the materials licensed to Customer hereunder. Customer agrees that upon termination or discontinuance for any reason, Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited may delete all information related to Customer on theSarvani Software Solutions Private Limited Tools, if applicable. In addition to the terms set forth herein, certain Sarvani Software Solutions Private Limited services may have additional terms regarding termination, which are set forth in the Resource Assignment Email.
